We notify your chosen team members by email as soon as someone submits a response, or send them a daily or weekly summary. Replies go directly to the person who submitted the form.

Do I need a cookie banner for your forms?
Not for our forms. They don’t use cookies or load content from third parties, even when embedded on your website. This means there’s no need for a cookie consent banner.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Agent002 is built for the GDPR: we act as your processor under data processing terms, which apply automatically. All data is stored in the EU, we collect nothing beyond the responses you receive, and older responses are automatically deleted according to the retention period you choose. Your GDPR responsibilities also depend on how you use the service, so we’ve put together a short checklist to guide form owners.
Where are the answers stored?
On our servers in Germany, in the EU. Every company that handles data for us is on our sub-processors page. Your responses stay within the EU unless you choose to send them to an external service, such as Google Sheets.
Do you use AI on our answers?
No. Your responses are never accessed by AI, used to train AI models, or shared with third-party AI services.
How do you stop spam without a CAPTCHA?
You can add a link to your privacy notice at the bottom of your form (recommended for businesses). To protect users, forms that request passwords or payment card details are automatically blocked.
