Use cases

Anywhere you ask people for information, without asking them for their privacy. Most of these start from a ready-made template you can change in minutes.

Contact forms that don’t spy on visitors

A contact form on your website usually brings a tracker along. Ours doesn’t: visitors write, the message lands in your inbox, and when you press Reply it goes straight back to them.

  • Start from the Contact form template
  • Choose who on your team gets each message
  • No cookie banner needed for the form

Event sign-ups and RSVPs

Weddings, workshops, conferences, team dinners. Ask who’s coming, follow up only with the people who said yes (guests, dietary needs, allergies), and keep the list in a Google Sheet everyone can see.

  • Questions appear only when they’re relevant
  • One row per guest in Google Sheets
  • Close the form automatically on a date or after a number of answers

Job applications

Collect applications without a recruiting suite. Candidates send their details and links to a CV or portfolio, and answers are deleted automatically after the period you choose, as the GDPR expects.

  • Start from the Job application template
  • Set how long applications are kept
  • Send each one to the hiring manager

Customer feedback

Ask how you did, what went well and what to improve. Feedback stays anonymous unless people choose to leave their email, which makes them more honest.

  • Start from the Feedback survey template
  • Follow-up questions only for people who agree
  • Export to CSV or a spreadsheet for your team

Speaking up, safely

Give people a safe way to raise a concern, from fraud and safety risks to harassment, even when they can’t put their name to it. The form keeps only what they type: no name, no IP address, no device details and no cookies, so not even we can tell you who sent a report. If they’d like a reply, they can choose to leave a way to reach them.

  • Start from the Speak up template
  • Send reports only to the people who look into them
  • Reports are deleted automatically after the period you choose

Waitlists and launch sign-ups

Launching something? Collect early sign-ups with a short form and a clear consent question. That’s exactly how our own waitlist works.

  • Start from the Waitlist template
  • A consent question is built in
  • Put the link on your site, in a post or on a QR code

Requests inside your company

Holiday requests, IT tickets, equipment orders, expense notes. Send each request to the right inbox or straight into the tools you already use with a webhook (Make, n8n, Zapier or your own systems).

  • Webhooks are signed, so you know they’re from us
  • Failed deliveries retry on their own
  • Invite your team, from the Starter plan up
