What we do
- Every question has a visible label tied to its field. Help text and error messages are linked to their field, so screen readers read them out.
- Groups of choices, matrices and rankings are grouped under their question. Rankings work by choosing options in order, no dragging needed.
- Everything on a form works with a keyboard, and the field in focus is clearly marked.
- A form’s page is set to the form’s language, so screen readers pronounce it correctly, in any of the 24 EU languages.
- Error messages say what to fix, next to the field, and errors are announced as they appear.
- Forms adapt to small screens and to zoom.
- No time limits for answering.
What isn’t right yet
- No independent audit yet: these are our own checks, with a keyboard, a screen reader and automated tools.
- In the form editor, elements are reordered by dragging; there’s no keyboard way to move them yet.
- The charts in a form’s summary may be hard to follow with a screen reader; the same numbers are in the CSV and Excel exports.
- Custom themes and custom CSS are up to the form’s owner, who should keep text readable.
Tell us about a problem
If something on a form, on this site or in the app doesn’t work for you, write to hello@agent002.eu, with the page and what happened. A person reads it and answers within two working days. If you’re answering someone else’s form, tell its owner too: they can change their questions and theme.
Legal context
The European Accessibility Act exempts very small companies like ours from its requirements for services. We follow it anyway, because our customers’ forms reach everyone.
